Have you ever needed to look up the default password on a ShoreTel T1 or T1k? I have, many times. Here is what their documentation says (although very hard to find):

I am able to change the password in Shoretel Director under 'System Parameters\Other'. That only changes the password for 1 switch at the first location and 2 switches at the second location.
